Honestly, nothing comes to mind at this time. We are very happy with the level of service and support we receive. Your loan officers and account managers are always on top of everything, provide timely updates, and make the loan process smooth and efficient from start to finish. Ray Lorini and Alanna Parmley, in particular, have been outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and dedication to keeping us informed make a real difference. Please keep doing what you’re doing—we truly value the partnership and look forward to continuing to send more business your way!Posted on Google

Dane PhillipsI want to recognize Alan Vidal for his outstanding professionalism, persistence, and commitment to building relationships. Alan began working with our account about six months ago, and from day one, he has been respectful, diligent, and consistent in his follow-up. We attempted several transactions together, but pricing, program requirements, or lender overlays prevented them from working. Alan never stopped communicating or investing in the relationship. Then came the Kreamier transaction. We had previously tried placing this loan with two other lenders, and neither could get it done. Alan stepped up and delivered. We funded! I call that a "hero deal"—the kind of transaction that earns trust and generates future business. Because of Alan's efforts, I'm sending him another three or four opportunities over the next two weeks. Alan is an outstanding asset to your organization. His integrity, professionalism, and follow-through are exactly what I value in a lending partner. I'm grateful for his efforts and look forward to building a long-term relationship! - Coach BucketsPosted on Google
