Overview
From September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, theLender is launching a price match campaign on Non-QM and DSCR/theNONI loans. This campaign allows brokers to match pricing up to 35 basis points with ANY Non-QM lender. The offer is valid for loans on primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. The offer excludes NONI58, NONI+ and foreign national borrowers.

How It Works
To participate in the price match campaign, brokers must:
- Fill out the Price Match Form.
- Submit the completed form and a screenshot of the competitor’s final price quote within 30 minutes of locking the loan.
- Email the documents to pricematch@theLender.com
- Receive lock confirmation within 2 business days
