CAREER PATH & COMPENSATION

Stage 1: UW University Trainee

  • $65,000 + Overtime
  • 6–8 Week Paid Training Program

Stage 2: Underwriter I

  • $75,000 + OT + Per-File Bonuses
  • Independent underwriting authority up to $500K

Stage 3: Underwriter II

  • $85,000+ + OT + Bonuses
  • Expanded authority & advanced product exposure
