As a broker, we are no better than the type of support a wholesale mortgage lender is able to provide us. Our files aren't always pretty and sometimes things can get complicated, but It truly speaks volumes when the VP of Operations is willing to personally look into a file and genuinely cares about helping get it across the finish line.
