The AE from The Lender is Darren Pham , he was exceptional on all aspects of the closing process.  He did a great job in communication, knowledge, and working internally to accelerate the process. Flash Funding Mortgage has been working with the Lender for a few years and they have been phenomenal in helping our investors get financing for the investment properties with their non-QM products.

The most important thing for a broker is quick and efficient communication from their wholesale lenders to be able to get loans moving and closed in a timely manner. Our account executive, Derek Horner, has been nothing short of exemplary in his ability to keep our files moving and communicating with us what needs to happen to get our loans to the closing table.
