From March 1st through March 31st, 2025, theLender is launching a price match campaign on Non-QM consumer purpose loans. This campaign allows brokers to match pricing up to 100 basis points with a select group of Non-QM lenders. The offer is valid for loans on primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. All loans outside of Non-QM are ineligible.

How It Works

To participate in the price match campaign, brokers must:

  1. Fill out the Price Match Form.
  2. Submit the completed form and a screenshot of the competitor’s final price quote within 30 minutes of submitting price request.
  3. Email the documents to Pricematch@theLender.com
  4. Receive pricing confirmation within 1-2 business days

Terms & Conditions

  • The price match offer is valid from March 1st through March 31st, 2025, during lock hours and loans must be submitted and locked within this time frame.
  • All price matches must adhere to theLender’s pricing policies.
  • One price match request per loan and must be same day as price request.
  • Any loan parameter changes after price match will be repriced off original price match and requested date.
  • The price match is based on the competitor’s final price quote, excluding broker compensation and underwriting fee waivers.
  • The maximum match is up to 100 basis points.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • All price matches are subject to verification and approval.
  • Lock confirmation will be provided within 1-2 business days of submitting the form.
  • Price match for new locks only.
  • Loan approval based on theLender’s guidelines.
  • Participation in this program does not guarantee approval of a price match. theLender retains sole discretion in determining eligibility and may deny any request for any reason.
  • Any misrepresentation, falsification, or attempt to manipulate pricing will result in immediate disqualification from this and any future price match programs and may be subject to further review.
  • This offer is subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice.
