$2,500 Check: Available only for Business Purpose Brokers funding DSCR loans.
Must be a completely new broker relationship with theLender or
An approved broker prior to 1/5/2021 that has not been active with theLender since 1/5/2021
First loan must fund within 60 days of Broker approval.
DSCR loans must meet standard funding, EPD, and EPO requirements
$2,500 payments checks will be issued 120 days after loan funding.
Excluded Loan Types: Foreign National, NONI58
$300,000 minimum loan amount
All funded loans must not have any other pricing exceptions to qualify.
DSCR loans must be setup for ACH payments at funding.
Loans must be locked by Saturday, May 31st, 2025
